If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center WITHIN 20 days of the delivery date by using the address on your invoice. You must email us immediately to explain the issue and you have 5 business days from the delivery date to do so. All merchandise returns MUST be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to do an exchange ONLY, NO REFUNDS.
What Will Qualify For An Exchange?
- We sent the wrong size (If we made the error)
- We sent the wrong colour (If we made the error)
- If we sent a faulty product (Missing pieces/Damaged)
- You picked the wrong size or colour
Returns are processed within 14 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted to pay the new shipping cost for the exchange if your return is accepted. Please keep your return tracking number for your records as we strongly recommend using a delivery method with a tracking number because we are not responsible for lost property that don’t make it back to our distribution center.
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the E-Gift Card to place an additional order to the corrected address; however we do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Helpful Hint: You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON HAIR EXTENSIONS, HEALTH PRODUCTS, SHOES, NOR LINGERIE, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
